Links Every Homebrewer Should Have. The Brewing Network - The best homebrewing podcast site on the web. There are 10 must have shows for every homebrewer. but honestly every single show is awesome. The 10 must have shows are the Yeast shows with Chris and Mike White from White Labs and one with Dave Logsdon of Wyeast, the water show, Five Star show (Star San and PBW and such) , Brewing for Competitions, The Batch Sparge show with Denny Conn, The Grain Show, The All Grain Show and The BCJP show. And of course then you have all the style brewing tips from Jamil on The Jamil Show. These are a must have for any BJCP Judge or competition brewer. How To Brew - The best and most complete online free how to brew instruction there is. Period. The Homebrew Chef - Great food recipes here, all related to beer of course. Northern Brewer Forum - One of my favorite online beer communities. The Brew Board - Another one of my favorites. Homebrewer's Association - There is some good info to browse here. The BJCP - The Beer Judge Certification Program website. Everything you need to pass and take the exam, plus all your beer style guidelines. Brew your Own - The Brew Your Own Magazine website has tons of great info, recipes, and past articles to browse through. Beer Tools (Free) - A great free online beer recipe calculator and other tools. BrewWiki- The online brewing encyclopedia. beerdujour.com - A great source for
recipes that you know are at least decent. All recipes on this page must
win an award in order to be posted. Or jump directly to the link below. Brewing Software Links Beersmith - I own this one. It is my go to program for beer recipe formulation. There is a 20 day free trial period. Beer Tools Pro - I own this one, but there is a bit of a learning curve to it. Still, it's worth the money. It's a great program. Pro Mash - I don't like it, but many many brewers do. Pro Mash is the most famous brewing software. BYO Brewing Spreadsheet - For those who prefer to use a spreadsheet, plus it's free. Beer Recipator - Never used it, but have heard good things from people who use it. Plus it's another free one. Strangebrew - Never used it, but people I know do use it and like it.
