Here is a list of Downloads I have collected off the internet. Most of these I got off BYO or other sites I cannot remember. But These are not my own. I just put them here for your convenience to share stuff I have already found. Please Right Click and "Save As". The Guides are all in Microsoft Excel.

• Grain And Sugar Guide. - I collected this data off BYO and compiled it into a spreadsheet. There are tabs below to help sort between the grains and sugars.
• Hops Guide - Also collected data from BYO. Same format as the Grain Guide.
• Yeast Guide - Again another compiled sheet from BYO. Same format as the Grain Guide as well.
• Brewing Spreadsheet - To help someone who likes to use spreadsheets to calculate a beer recipe.
• The Greenboard Recipe Book (Word) (PDF File )- A recipe book with submissions from members of the Green Board (AKA Brewboard.com) I put the book together but the recipes were sent to me by the members of the Green Board.
• Grains 101 - About Grains, the Author is listed on the download.
• How to Doctor Beers - For training your pallet for judging or to learn what off flavors taste like.
• Troubleshooting Chart - Same chart I got my information from on the troubleshooting page.
• Beer Flavor Descriptors- The descriptions of beer flavors and off flavors.
• Beer Flavor Wheel (Version 1 )(Version 2)(Version 3) (Version 4 )- The beer flavor and aroma wheel is a very important tool when evaluating beer. I have included 4versions that I have found. I have version 1 in my judging binder.
• Style Guidelines - This is not a download off my site, but rather a direct link to the style guidelines on the BJCP website. You can also view them online Here.
• Common Off Flavors - The handout I gave out during the May 3rd Manty Malters meeting. Along with Version 1 of the Flavor Wheel.
